Mental Illness Fellowship Victoria is a membership-based not-for-profit organization working with people with mental illness, their families and friends to improve their well being.
 
Our vision is of a society in which people with a mental illness will be understood, helped and accepted.

Peninsula Services

Specialist Family Education and support service: assists people with mental illness, their families and friends to manage the impact of mental illness upon their lives, by providing support, education, information, advocacy and resources.
 
Homebased Outreach Program:  is a psychosocial rehabilitation service available to assist people with a mental illness in their home, It focuses on the development of skills, confidence and existing strengths for everyday life situations.
 
Community Links Program: is an intensive rehabilitation program working with complex needs individuals, focus is on achieving personal goals and developing positive coping strategies.
 
Respite Services:  We have a range of recreational and social respite options that are a benefit both to individuals with a mental illness, as well as their families and friends. These can include residential settings, short notice, camps, retreats, activity groups and in-home respite.

Employments services: Provides advice and support on all aspects of employment, training and education .Provides pre-employment and on the job training  . VRS and DEN services.
